1 Types of Cookies We Use
We use the following categories of cookie on our website:STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES
These are required for our website to function properly — for example, enabling you to move between pages, use the property search, and access secure areas of the site. The website cannot operate properly without these.
SESSION COOKIES
These are created when you visit the site and are normally deleted once you close your browser. They keep your browsing session working smoothly — for example, remembering your most recent property search, or how your search results are displayed, as you move from page to page.
PERSISTENT (FUNCTIONALITY) COOKIES
These remain on your device after you close your browser, so that we recognise you when you return. They remember your saved properties, your preferences, and information from forms you’ve already submitted, so you don’t need to re-enter it.
ANALYTICAL / PERFORMANCE COOKIES
These help us understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are most popular and how people move around the site. This helps us improve the site and make sure visitors can nd what they’re looking for.
TARGETING COOKIES
Where used, these record your visit to our site, the pages you’ve viewed, and the links you’ve followed, so that we — or our advertising partners — can make content more relevant to your interests.
