The search and shortlisting of properties is only the start of the service, our property search agent's also carry out extensive due diligence on every chosen property and provide impartial advice on price and any other issues which could affect a client's future with the property. This work will vary depending on whether it is a purchase or rental but would encompass, where appropriate, planning and environmental issues, renovation costs and feasibility of carrying out these works, blights, income and running costs, privacy, commutability, schooling and amenities.

The Process.
Each property search begins with an initial consultation, either by phone or in person, where we create a bespoke plan of action that will be tailored to you based on the type of property you require as well as your ownership aims. By fully understanding and anticipating your current and future property requirements we can target specific areas and property types, shortlisting on and off-market opportunities which closely match your lifestyle needs or financial objectives.

Consulting.

Our property search agent's visit each property and then draw up a shortlist prior to your viewing, ensuring that 'all boxes are ticked.' Only after we are satisfied that it is priced correctly and fulfils your requirements do we recommend a personal accompanied viewing, all of this saving you time and effort.
If a client is interested in making an offer, the process then moves on to the negotiation, due diligence and finally, completion.

We leave no stone unturned when it comes to protecting your best interests. The search is only the start of the service as we carry out extensive due diligence on the property, providing impartial advice on price and any other issues that might affect your on-going enjoyment. These are then presented to you in a bespoke buying report.
